All sales are final. You are purchasing an analysis report from Search Marketing Consultancy. The contents of the report will depend on the service you have purchased – see Search Marketing Consultancy Services for more details on each individual report and its contents.
By purchasing from this site you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Cancellations are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase. In this instance a refund will be rewarded minus £5 administration fee.
Refunds (not applicable to cancellations) are not available, however if dissatisfaction is experienced a complaint must be logged with Search Marketing Consultancy within 7 days of receipt of the report.

Delivery Method
All products purchased from this website will be delivered in the form of a PDF report unless otherwise requested. A legitimate email address must be provided at the time of order as the report will be emailed directly upon completion.
A download service can be provided if requested however Search Marketing Consultancy accept no responsibility or liability regarding the security of this facility.
A hard copy version of the report purchased can be posted by request at a charge of £2.50.
Bespoke services deliverables and charges are available on application.
